I ordered from another farm before and the packages were not tightly sealed and when defrosting leaked everywhere. This is very important. I had questions about the cuts and sent an email. I was answered RIGHT away with a very clear respectful explanation. I have only cooked 2 cuts so far but this is what meat should taste like. I have ordered from 4 farms in total and this one checks all the boxes.”

“I have not experienced in a very long time, the kind of superior customer service I just experienced with Eagle Valley Cutlery. Early this summer (2023) I purchased a Case folding knife online for my wife's birthday (which would be in December). It arrived quickly, I opened the package to see it was beautiful, and then hid it away until Dec. Unfortunately I didn't think to check the knife blade operation, because when she opened her gift both blades were very difficult to open. I was obviously way past the return window but I sent an email to the store asking if they had any advice on how to free the blades or if it possible to return the knife. They answered right away and were beyond friendly and helpful and offered to ship the knife back for free so they could find a resolution. I just received an email from them saying it appeared that during production the knife was not oiled because when they oiled it the blades started working properly. They offered us the option of keeping that knife or sending us a brand new. We took the offer for the new one and it will be on its way shortly. I will most definitely continue to shop with Eagle Valley Cutlery not only for their impeccable customer service but for their incredible inventory! Wish I could go there in person to try them all LOL. You will NOT be disappointed shopping with Eagle valley Cutlery. Thank you again so much Aaron!”
