Love this shop! I'm currently waiting for my new Sulphur Crested Cockatoo to be old enough to come home for good! The store owner, Ann, always has the birds' interests at heart. The election of bird-safe toys is great! Lots of choices for seed, perches, accessories... you name it!

We absolutely LOVE The Bird Shoppe! We just got back from a weekend trip to Michigan and we were scheduled to have them keep our 12 week old Cockatiel (Ellis) for 3 days total. When my family ended up getting food poisoning on the trip and ended up needing to board Ellis 2 extra days, the staff was EXTREMELY understanding and more than willing to help us out with her during our time of need! They also did not charge me for the final day she was there just to be nice, which we were very grateful for!…I started coming into the shoppe a few weeks before bringing our bird home from the breeder and the friendly staff (Beth specifically) were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and helped me learn so much about setting up the cage, food/diet, temperament of the breed, anything I asked…they answered! My family LOVES going to The Bird Shoppe and we will be lifelong customers! We would (and do) recommend them to everyone!

We have been customers for 19 years because everyone at the Bird Shop are kind, caring and knowledgeable. When one of our birds was ill and we could not afford the care he needed, they stepped up to groom his abnormally fast growing beak for little to no cost. We are forever grateful to Ann and her staff for this. They make certain that the bird you get is best breed for you, and they must be good at it, because we have taken home at least 5 or 6 birds!
