My uber driver was making me feel unsafe and all around creeping me the hell out. I had told her that I was uncomfortable and she was really quick with her thinking and not only walked me outside (pretended like she knew me) but she turned on the front cameras for me to make sure that if she didn't hear from me when I got home that she had his information. I really feel like she's the kind of person everyone WISHES for in that situation. She made me feel so much safer just by acting quickly and putting everything they teach you to good use and I can't thank her enough for that. She could have brushed it off but she didnt and im super thankful for that. It will literally always be on my mind. Plus the store was very well stocked and clean and creepy driver aside I got my snacks lol”

“I chose Busam because they partner with Costco. (There is a closer Subaru dealer.) I met with Russ (Monday afternoon) who was extremely attentive to what I was looking to purchase in a Forrester. There was nothing available to look at or test drive. We discussed the potential to order but I chose to wait and visit other dealerships closer to home. I decided Thursday to order from the local dealership with an anticipated receipt 90-120 days out with potential of price change. Late Saturday afternoon Russ called telling me they had what I was looking for as a trade with an out of state dealership. It would arrive Monday morning at Busam. My Forrester was on their lot less than 6 hours. My search began Monday and ended the following Monday with Fob in hand. Russ was an excellent salesman intent on meeting my wants. As always the paperwork took what seemed like forever but the finance person was likeable, informative, and made the process pleasant. I would recommend Busam as a good dealership to work with and Russ Hice as your salesperson.”

“Top Notch Customer Service and the Staff is so friendly. All of them were very helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the pets and even there products. The price of the puppies are fairly high. BUT...... what all comes with the purchase of a puppy, a cage (is the size of the puppy fill grown), pretty much a lifetime warranty, check-ups, food, etc., you actually pay less over the lifetime than if you bought the dog elsewhere. We looked at this Pure Bred Husky. I wanted to purchase that day but the wife was not with us. My girls fell in love. I fell in love. Just to give you an idea of how much it would cost to purchase a dog from Petland, the Husky shown in my Pictures below (8-9 weeks old), cost $5600. I was thrown back by the price, but when they explained everything that came with the dog, I was a little more comfortable paying that price. It is a life long investment to purchase from Petland. They are able to finance, make payments, etc. When we are ready to purchase a puppy, my family will be going to Petland.”
