I met with Brandie and am so pleased with my results. She was friendly, honest, and never tried to up-sell me. I had a unique situation with my eyelids; an issue that has bothered me for years. Brandie was able to find a creative, non-surgical solution when I had given up hope of finding any options for my eyelid ptosis...My only complaint is I wish I'd found her sooner!! Let me start by saying I love this place! I went to Inertia for my first time getting any treatment on my face ever! From start to finish the Inertia team made me feel right at home and calmed my nerves. I saw Katie Pritchard and let me tell you, she works wonders! I had no idea what I wanted to get done going in. Katie took the time to talk me through everything they offer, she explained in detail the process for each offering, the cost, the after effects and much more! I felt like I was in the best hands! After getting my fillers I have gotten so many comments on how great my lips and under eyes look! Some people asked, "What did you do? You look amazing!". I love how the work Katie did was so perfect that people noticed a difference but could not tell where I had work done! I will be going back ASAP and would recommend Inertia and Katie to anyone!

I did my first lip flip with Brandie and loved my experience. She was so nice and helped me understand all the steps. The process was so easy and less scary after she talked to me about it. I will definitely be coming back here!
