Agean Bath and Spa

I purchased swim spa 4 years ago and our experience with customer service after the purchase has been exceptional. Especially with Ethan our service tech. It is rare nowadays to have someone go above and beyond for their clients. It is one thing to be knowledgeable in your trade, but to be extremely professional and polite every interaction is next level. He is very respectful and is a genuinely good person.

We bought a hot tub here and I cannot say enough good stuff about them. We had a service issue under warranty. They sent Ethan, a service tech to check the issue. Ethan is an amazing guy, very personable and very knowledgeable. He checked everything and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this company!

Before we wound up at Agean we had another hot tub ordered at another (larger) store. The delivery date kept getting pushed back. My husband and I started looking for other places that sold hot tubs and came across Agean. I'm so glad we did! Within less than 2 months our hot tub was paid for and delivered! We have had it for a year now and couldn't be happier! They helped us find what we wanted and stayed within our price range! I couldn't say enough about how patient they were with all of our "wants." I would recommend Agean multiple times over!

I would give 10 stars for Agean if I could! Exceptional experience with getting a replacement cover for our hot tub we purchased from them six years ago. Best experience ever! Gentlemen working desk and floor was super knowledgeable and even sent over a video for help with fixing a small issue. Then there was Ethan!! He’s the man! He got our cover loaded and made sure it was safe and secure for the highway drive home. He was so polite and friendly! You just don’t get that kind of service anymore. Well, at Agean Bath and Spa YOU DO! Great! Thank you!!

The two 6hp pumps on our new Vita spa put our old bullfrog to shame. Evey place I sit I find amazing comfort!! Definitely better quality!
