I have had 2 mechanics look at my Humm3r and when I talked to Don about my truck he told me to bring it in and didn't guarantee anything which I appreciate the honesty as it is a collectors item at this point. Lol.. I have a 2008 H3 and I refuse to take it to a dealer because of their high prices. I wasn't expecting them to find my electrical problem because 2 other mechanics had no luck and low and behold within a couple hours after the team did research and diagnostics THEY FOUND THE ISSUE! They were able to get the parts in the next day, they even did my oil change and I was back on the road safely within 24 hours! I am so lucky to have found this place. They were friendly, honest, kind and even my husband who is in the automobile industry said the prices were very fair and impressed with the diagnosis and how quickly I got my truck back. “Nice guy, does good honest work, and enjoys music. Easy to talk with and explains what's wrong with your automobile like your a human being and does not talk down to you or seem rude when explaining. His rates are fair, I know this because I have got multiple quotes before on previous cars he has fixed and he has always been either the same or cheaper than those big companies out there like Firestone. I have never had an issue with mr.Armstrong in payment or when it's time for pickup of my car. Has a Dropbox for keys, so when it is your scheduled time for drop off, you can do it really early if you want since the keys drop into the box. The only downside I can think of is he is always super busy, everyone around this area knows he does good work and is willing to help out so his schedule is always booked out pretty far so call him sooner rather than later and you will thank me later I guarantee it.”

“I chose Busam because they partner with Costco. (There is a closer Subaru dealer.) I met with Russ (Monday afternoon) who was extremely attentive to what I was looking to purchase in a Forrester. There was nothing available to look at or test drive. We discussed the potential to order but I chose to wait and visit other dealerships closer to home. I decided Thursday to order from the local dealership with an anticipated receipt 90-120 days out with potential of price change. Late Saturday afternoon Russ called telling me they had what I was looking for as a trade with an out of state dealership. It would arrive Monday morning at Busam. My Forrester was on their lot less than 6 hours. My search began Monday and ended the following Monday with Fob in hand. Russ was an excellent salesman intent on meeting my wants. As always the paperwork took what seemed like forever but the finance person was likeable, informative, and made the process pleasant. I would recommend Busam as a good dealership to work with and Russ Hice as your salesperson.”

“Anytime I have an issue I take my vehicles to this place. They’re very friendly and helpful, their prices are also reasonable and the best in town! Also, they’re fast! They had the transmission replaced in my Jeep the next day after my part arrived. That was several months back and my Jeep is running great. They were also very patient and helpful in waiting for my replacement Acura transmission to arrive. Even though it caused an inconvenience for them, Tina was so understanding throughout the whole process. She also helped me come up with a solution to my problem which was such a relief! This is the best transmission shop in the area, hands down. Being family owned makes it even better because they’re very helpful and down to earth when you speak with them. 5 stars, highly recommend!”
