“Animal Care Center of Fairfield became our dog Cookie's veterinarian in 2018, when she was 13. Since then Cooke has been treated for multiple ailments by multiple doctors there. They all were excellent. Always explained the condition and options, and helped us make informed decisions. When it was beyond them, they referred us to specialists. Since 2020 we selected Dr. Rachel as Cookie's vet, and she has been phenomenal. She is patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated. She has a collaborative approach where she explained everything, and asked us to select what is best for us (and Cookie). During every visit, she took at least 20 minutes to answer our questions and always returned our calls promptly-often staying back after her hours. When Cookie got terminally ill, Dr. Rachel was an asset, a pillar of strength to our family. Finally when we had to let Cookie go, she and Ashley were there with us in their professional roles, but we felt like we had two additional family members. Everyone at the Animal Care Center was there for us and we are thankful to all of them. If I ever have a pet again, I would entrust that pet with Dr. Rachel and Animal Care Center of Fairfield.”

I have never had a problem getting an emergency appointment and they are great about reminders to schedule annual physicals. Colleen has been extremely helpful to me in getting some immunization records corrected from our previous physicians office that she deserves an employee reward. Now that we are moving out of state I realize how valuable this place has been to my family.”

“Richard is fantastic very informative and friendly, the car lot service manager that had my car taken to Quality on the other hand was a nightmare was without my car for around 3 weeks because of service manager communication, let's just say there was none. Richard at Quality was the only communication I had. Thank you for the great work and being so nice and understanding, I highly recommend Quality Transmission for your transmission needs. After the owner response I feel I need to update this review, it was not Quality Transmissions fault it took so long first week was service manager at car lot dropped the ball. “I am such a baby when it comes to dentists. Dr Erndt and Melissa did everything possible to make my experience pain free and comfortable. I needed a root canal procedure and the knew I would be there 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I actually was there a bit longer due to their kindness and patience working with me. They told me to ask if I needed a break to stretch, if I needed water to drink, if I needed to only sit through part of the procedure and come back the next day. The worked meticulously and I never felt a thing. I followed their aftercare plan for root canal treatment and I have had no problems and I am not in pain today. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff. I felt welcomed and respected from beginning paperwork to completion. Thanks to everyone!”
