“Can I give like 10 stars ⭐️ It’s hard to find the appropriate words to convey how amazing this company is. Rich and his team went above and beyond for me to get my car out of a parking garage and towed to the dealership. Every other company in town told me I was out of luck. He spent his entire day: which included physically pushing my car from the 4th floor of the parking garage, after having to spend nearly an hour trying to override it into neutral and being sent multiple wrong locations by my insurance company. Not once did Rich and his team complain, although I know my problem monopolized their entire day. I cannot thank him and his team enough, they were all so kind and considerate. He told me he wasn’t in the business of leaving people stranded. Go see him and his team for your towing and mechanic needs, awesome guy and team!!!”

“Was broke down today and called one towing company but after an hour wait decided to call these guys I told them the situation the owner said he could be out in about 15 minutes and agreed to price match the other company which was only 5 dollar difference but still honorable in my opinion The driver hooked it and booked it within a few mins so all in all would recommend and use again in fact my dad and buddy own the garage i got towed to and they will now refer people to T&M when people need a tow to garage so hopefully it will create more business for these guys Thanks again”

“Rich did a phenomenal job!! I reached out to a company I won’t name, before going through Redemption. This company was to nervous to perform the job, mainly due to the tires condition. This however was not a problem for Rich @ Redemption. He jumped right in there and with precision, he knocked it out in no time.
