Butler County Regional Airport - Hogan Field

Went for the Greater Cincinnati radio control Club flying circus. Haven't been in many years, but have gone in the past. Great crowd and great weather this year. Parking was a cluster but that happens. Seems like it has gotten bigger over the years. Great to watch the children have a good time and enjoy the radio-controlled airplanes. Fun to watch the big kids too!

I had to pick up some visitors here and I was pleasantly surprised at how cool it was. They had seats so you can sit and wait or just see the planes land. They had a little gift shop and lots of magazines for the local area. There was even an enterprise car rental booth. Parking was great and free. I never once spoke to an employee but it was very early in the morning.

My son love to see all of the air planes here at the airport come and go. You can get really close and see actual size of all the planes. Even for an adult it’s so cool. So awesome. Come check it out for yourself. Not sure if it’s allowed for real but I’ve been there tons of times without any issues.

Airport was very busy on a Saturday afternoon. We were at the Hogan Hanger for a reunion and the kids got some free rides!
