Old Standards Barber Shop

I’ve been here for 2yr 6 mos. They were going through transition of switching ownership. And let’s just say, the community was forgotten about. It was terrible, garbage was everywhere. The maintenance guy Ramon is excellent.
He & his team keeps the community clean.
I was in the process of looking for an apartment, when Ramon was brought in this year.
I tell you, whenever I had to put in a request for anything he get right to it.
So, I’m staying here until I get ready to purchase a home.
They made a 360 change in the community.
Maintenance is doing a great job of up keeping the community.

So I have met this wonderful person named Ramon he is the supervisor for maintenance he is phenomenal when I tell you he gets the job done when I first got to this particular location there was another maintenance man that I actually loved. And since they have Switched supervisors for our maintenance team he has been doing a phenomenal job he goes beyond and above what he is required to do thank you so much for being a great access to this particular property. Great customer service, great communication, quality work and so much more I appreciate you! Thank you

Current resident here. The maintenance has been Awesome to say the least. Ramon has been efficient and gets the job done! Ramon is truly the best part of living here. He is quick, efficient and always so friendly. He genuinely cares and remembers me individually which is huge in such a big complex! He is extremely patient and reliable ! I've never had a maintenance manager who was so attentive

This is for Ramon maintenance! If you have Ramon to come to your apartment for repairs you'll be fortunate and satisfied! He does his work professionally and double check if things are work as desired. I really like how he makes sure fixes
are working and you're satisfied with! Good job Ramon!!

Berry does a great job. Old fashioned barber shop providing real hair cuts for men.

My regular barber retired. This is the fifth barber went to and finally found a barber that cuts my hair perfect

I have been taking my son here ever since his first haircut and every one since and will never go anywhere else. Barry is a excellent barber.
