The Courtyards of Miami

Living here was such a great living and renting experience. The management has always been so flexible, kind, and understanding. This place is by far the most affordable place in Oxford and close to campus and is just an awesome place to live regardless. Definitely recommend!!

I had a great experience renting an apartment in the Courtyards of Miami. Amy Mathews was extremely helpful throughout the process, making sure that my living situation was safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend this set of properties to any Miami student.

The Landlord is super helpful here. Everytime I have had to contact them they were super responsive. The apartments are also very nice, they are unfurnished, but the price for the apartments I great.

This is my second year living at The Courtyards while I attend Miami. My stay here has been great! My apartment is super cute and more affordable than all the new places they keep building in Oxford. Manager is super friendly and I can't say enough about the maintenance staff. They have really taken good care of me. If you're looking for a stress free living experience while you're a student at Miami, I highly recommend this place.
