Tracey is very laidback and the shop has a nice, calm atmosphere. Tracey took her time and gave my dad a great cut, so we will definitely be back!
(February 17, 2023, 6:41 pm)Well I cheated on my barber 💈 today and tried this new local spot here in Trenton. I will say I was extremely happy with the cut and even more impressed with the beard trim. I really wanted it tightened up a bit and Tracy knocked it out of the park for me. If you are looking for a place to get a cut and have some good conversation I would highly recommend giving them a shot.

State Street Barbershop
Not just any barbershop... You have to check this artist out. Her precision on lining up Joseph's hair astonished me. The attention to detail is EXACTLY what I have been wanting for my son. He is all about his hair and he hasn't stopped expressing his excitement since we left the shop. It's been such a long time since I've seen work like this and without taking my kids to the hood. Next time we are definitely gonna try the specialty cut. I'm confident we won't be disappointed. Southern style environment with a really nice set-up inside.
(February 4, 2023, 2:58 pm)Tracy did amazing with my boys. They finally feel like they got a “real” haircut and they look great! Shop has an awesome atmosphere and is so clean and new. We definitely will be back!
