The office is really good at reading a dogs behavior and reacting in a way to best put them at ease. They’re also amazing with scheduling, we’re never in the lobby with other people or pets, so there’s no stress of managing her reaction to strangers. For a dog that gets nervous at the vet and is reactive to strangers, they do everything they can to facilitate a smooth experience.”

“They did a beautiful job on our kitchen remodel. They were fair and they met our deadline. They also use their own employees, not subcontractors, which was important to us. Overall, I would recommend. They did such a great job that we requested a proposal for our master bathroom, which is about 40 square feet. Very small. The price they quoted for modest upgrades was almost the same as the price we paid for the entire kitchen remodel less than a year prior. We were shocked to say the least. We went back to the designer to ensure it was correct - that's how high it was. We thought something was wrong with the calculation. We also requested less expensive finishes in an effort to drive down the cost. It was still way too high to even consider, so we went a different direction. I guess we were either very tough customers, or they didn't want to do the job. It is hard to find good contractors, so we were disappointed. Either way, still a reputable organization, but definitely recommend getting at least two quotes.”
