“I was looking for a new dry cleaning service since my usual one closed. Thought I would give these folks a try since I live and shop in the area. Glad I did. Ultra efficiency at it's best. The customer service is excellent. The store itself is ultra clean and modern. They have drive up service which is a nice touch. Prices are comparable to others if not better. The clothes were done perfectly and on time. I got an email telling me my order was ready for pick-up. I'm sold on this cleaner. I fully recommend it.”

“I chose Busam because they partner with Costco. (There is a closer Subaru dealer.) I met with Russ (Monday afternoon) who was extremely attentive to what I was looking to purchase in a Forrester. There was nothing available to look at or test drive. We discussed the potential to order but I chose to wait and visit other dealerships closer to home. I decided Thursday to order from the local dealership with an anticipated receipt 90-120 days out with potential of price change. Late Saturday afternoon Russ called telling me they had what I was looking for as a trade with an out of state dealership. It would arrive Monday morning at Busam. My Forrester was on their lot less than 6 hours. My search began Monday and ended the following Monday with Fob in hand. Russ was an excellent salesman intent on meeting my wants. As always the paperwork took what seemed like forever but the finance person was likeable, informative, and made the process pleasant. I would recommend Busam as a good dealership to work with and Russ Hice as your salesperson.”

“I am a 62-year-old woman who has worked with Erica off & on for about eight years now. About a year ago I was diagnosed with scoliosis. I’ve always been a very athletic individual before I retired I was an aquatics director and a USA swim team coach. But I will say the Pilate Machine that Erica has me working on now is building up my muscle mass. Which after the second week I discovered is helping my blood pressure tremendously. I do suffer from high blood pressure but since I have been scheduling and using this Pilates machine I no longer need my blood pressure medication. All I have to say is if you want to get healthy and fit mentally and physically Erica is the one that you need. She is very educated she is very knowledgeable and she cares. I would never put my physical body or my health in anyone else’s hands besides hers my own and my family physician. I will be forever be grateful for Erica getting me back on my feet again. “I sent Edith a high-end, finely worsted wool suit coat for a moth-hole repair. The fabric had a single-thread pin-stripe going through the hole, of course. She repaired it, including the pin-stripe, so well I could not see where the repair was made. The craftsmanship was truly amazing - magic, in fact. I also sent some high-end, limited edition, multi-colored alpaca sweaters, woven in Peru. These had multiple, large moth holes in them. She expertly repaired them so well that all the colors matched, and you could not see where the repairs were made. She is truly an artist at the top of her field. And her prices are reasonable considering the quality of the work. I would highly recommend her services to anyone with any kind of damage to a valued fabric. This is becoming a lost art, and she is keeping it alive.”
