I have only been here a few times but I can tell you it’s clean, doesn’t smell and the staff address you by your first name with a smile. I’ll definitely be going back!

The place is definitely overwhelming old and huge. There are some things that definitely can be improved as well as all business. But I will tell you this, I worked for them years ago, came back. The people who work there the DON, nurses, aides they are down right the best you could ever ask for. They truly care they show they do, compassion love manner s. When you need anything they acknowledge you and make sure your taken care of. I would only ever work for this DON and only ever come back to this home a second time bc of how they are and how they make you feel. We bust our backs, balls, guts everyday to make sure those residents are taken care of. Believe me I will say it until I'm blue bc an unfortunate event happened where I had to put my spouse temporarily in one and WOW. So please take into consideration of Batavia nursing care center!
