“Our family really enjoyed our time at this academy. They teach a wide range of martial arts and self defense techniques. The instructors are excellent with the students. They ensure that discipline and respect is shown to the academy and their peers. At the same time, they are very patient and kind with the students. I, personally, saw Dawn Westfall, one of the physical therapists, and she is very enjoyable to work with. Granted, she really puts you to work and makes sure you achieve your personal and medial goals, but she makes it fun and interesting during an appointment. The staff is very helpful as well, and it's very easy to make appointments.”
