“My Son started this School today. I have recently moved from Georgia to New Richmond and I feel very blessed with the warm welcome from the staff at this School especially from the School Counselor. Everyone took time to make sure my Son felt comfortable and treated him like he had been expected and most importantly took the time to answer all of his most important questions and made him feel safe. “This is a beautiful well kept park. They have nice equipment for the kids, trails, and bathroom facility. They also have a small stage. They have nice shaded areas to relax while kids play or after a walk. If you are in the area stop here.”

“I’ve lived at Fairways for about 5 or so years now. I absolutely love it here and I love the staff. I’ve had a few maintenance issues which one would expect over the course of the time I’ve been here, but it always gets taken care of. Rachel is the absolute sweetest property manager and she really makes me feel appreciated and welcomed! The property is always clean and well maintained and my maintenance requests are always taken care of within a timely manner. I’ve never had any safety concerns in the complex and overall everyone here has been very nice. Happy to call this place home!”
