Zebulon Park Apartments

Just wanted to say that my girlfriend lives in Zebulon and even before that anytime I’d come in there the experience was great everyone is really nice people keep up with keeping there area nice and clean and they keep to themselves unless you want to have a friendly conversation. Zebulon is definitely not lacking in any areas that I’ve seen everything is kept up with grass is always cut everything is always in order I’ve never had a problem with anything when I’m there love the place office people are always nice Jason the maintenance man is always pristine with every project he has I see him doing anything and everything he can no matter what it consists of to help the residents and or visitors all the staff here are definitely very hard working and very professional and always willing to give a helping hand if it’s needed or if you want to just have someone to talk to for a few minutes they aren’t the type of people that act like there to busy they will have a conversation with you treat you like a friend even if they are really busy it just feels like a forever home when you’re here thank you Zebulon staff and residents for being awesome.

Robin and Cheryl the office ladies are the kindest people ever. They immediately address any questions you may have, are super understanding and are very nice! Couldn’t ask for better office people!! 🩵

The maintenance man Jason is the absolute best at what he does. From fixing whatever you may need to just being an ear to talk to he’s the best. He’ll always meet you with a kind smile. I always have whatever I need fixed super fast. Way faster than other places for sure!

I have lived here for 6 years and I have had absolutely no issues. The maintenance guy Jason does a excellent job and does great getting the orders done in a very good timely manner.He is very busy but still gets everything completed. Living at Zebulon is a great place to live never have to wait on any orders you need. Robin and Cheryl the managers will do anything and everything they can do to help you with anything you may do. Zebulon is definitely a 5 start ranting.

My husband and I have lived here in our 3 bdrm 2 and 1 half bath since 2007. Robin is the kind of manger you feel comfortable coming to with any issue. So very kind! We haven’t had many problems over the last 16 yrs, but when we have, she’s on top of making sure things get done! Cheryl, the assistant manger is just as great and always has a smile on her face. Jason, (in charge of maintenance) is wonderful at his job! He’s very personable, listens to you when you explain things and is truly on top of getting the work done!If he says he’s going to do the work you can sure trust he will. We appreciate his kindness.
My husband and I, as most people have said to us are “lifers” here! We enjoy all of the staff and our home very much.

Living here going on my 2nd year and it's a very quiet nice place . Kids all get along good and Robin and Cheryl are absolutely amazing landlord's and are very caring. They are very professional and they also genuinely care about you and your family. Jason the maintenance man helps anytime you need him. Rather you catch him to check something really fast or it is a work order. All around this has been one of the best neighborhoods I've lived in and truly enjoy living here.
