Haleigh did a great job of keeping us informed with the updates since this was a new apartment. Filing paperwork was a bit crazy, but when is filing paperwork fun. LOL. We did a walk around in the apartment and she listened to every question we had and answered them. She also noticed a spot missing paint and got on that. Overall, we are very satisifed.

I’ve moved all over the country the past 10 years and have had more apartments in the same amount of time.

This is, hands down, the best service I’ve ever received. We had an issue with our dishwasher draining. The maintenance team came out, checked for clogs and didn’t find any. Checked other parts of the dishwasher and couldn’t find anything wrong with it, SO THEY GOT US A NEW DISHWASHER.

The last apartment I rented flooded because the maintenance team “couldn’t find anything wrong” with the dishwasher in the apartment above me.

It’s outside of 275, I know, I know, but you can’t go wrong with this place.

Very friendly staff explained everything thoroughly this is a great Community beautiful places and the moving process was so easy I highly recommend

I requested our toilet handle be fixed and I got a call at work asking for permission to enter the residence, which I appreciated. After work I came home and my toilet handle was fixed. Didn’t really effect me much at all.

Wonderful neighborhood to live in. Love it here. Hreat maintenance service. Great staff
