My mom is super allergic to dust and it was important that she had a machine that not only functioned, but functioned well. For the first time ever, we bought a bag vacuum. Turns out, these are not as inconvenient as I was raised to believe. They are far more hypoallergenic and powerful. We purchased a wonderful new machine with the help of Bob, and we couldn't be happier! He was such a sweet, helpful man who wasn't hesitant to educate us on our purchase. The only part of my experience that was bad was I could not leave a tip for these hard working gentlemen.
