The car we received was in need of cleaning, which my wife and I did prior to loading it for our trip. I called and spoke with a representative and requested a notation be placed in our account. When we returned the car, the representative agreed to not only reimburse us for the car wash, but also agreed to an additional amount I requested being taken off our account. There were several sincere apologies and my wife and I will continue to use their services in the future. “The new Burgers were the star here. I know weird right? Obviously you go to Red Lobster for the amazing Cheddar bay biscuits. Girlfriend got the ultimate feast and really enjoyed it as usual. My daughter got the shrimp Alfredo and enjoyed it. My son and I got the Burgers, they were prepared well getting our medium temps correctly. The beef was buttery and quite flavorful. So good and tasty. I would highly recommend giving this burger a try. It was so good I took off the bacon (which was good) but interfering with the tasty treat this burger had to offer.”
