Turns out, these are not as inconvenient as I was raised to believe. They are far more hypoallergenic and powerful. We purchased a wonderful new machine with the help of Bob, and we couldn't be happier! He was such a sweet, helpful man who wasn't hesitant to educate us on our purchase. Lyndsey (the owner) cares a lot about fitness and her business and it shows. The rates are also not bad for a gym that’s open 24/7 with private bathrooms and showers. No stalls to worry about. I upgraded my AC to a heat pump to reduce my heating oil costs in the winter as the price of oil rises. I was slotted in for installation very quickly, and the installation itself went fast and smooth. The installation techs (David & Tyler U.) were extremely respectful of our home and communicated with me as the homeowner in a respectful and professional manner. The quality of the installation is outstanding. I could not be more pleased with this experience! Update: I needed help understanding how to configure the new smart thermostat. Schneller Knochelmann sent out Eric M. right away to answer my questions. Not only did he get the thermostat set up the way I wanted it, he also checked my existing air handler and made an adjustment to the blower speed to optimize it for cooling and heating. He also did a follow-up pressure check on the new heat pump and found that it needed a little bit more refrigerant to be perfectly balanced. Another great experience with the pro team at Schneller Knochelmann!”
