My dad was extremely happy with the care and rehabilitation services he received after a terrible accident. We lost our mother in the accident and my father was extremely upset of course. Staff would sit with him and listen to him and try to help him through his pain and grief, no matter how long he needed them.”

“If you're looking for an economy hotel, I recommend giving Motel Beechmont a chance. Our room was nice, queen bed really comfortable and very affordable rate. The staff are friendly and courteous. Housekeeping checks with you every morning about 10am, says good morning and asks if you would like fresh towels and linens. Dogs are allowed with a small daily fee. The front desk clerk, very sweet young lady, gave me my total (no key deposit here) and said instead of charging me the daily pet fee rate, since I was paying for multiple nights I received a flat rate. Face masks are required in office and laundry/vending/ice machine/microwave area. There's free WiFi and mini fridge in rooms. It would be more convenient for guest to have a microwave in room instead of just vending area. There's a divider at POS and only 1 person allowed in office at a time. We have enjoyed our stay.”

“My wife and I were in town from NC for her mother's funeral. The transmission was shifting differently than usual and we were needing to leave to go home. Another garage suggested i take it to a transmission shop and it was 3:30 in the afternoon. I googled the closest one to us which was Cottman. I called and spoke with Mike and he helped my find my way over because Google maps was giving the wrong directions. He got me there and had a technician drive with me to check it out. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained how the newer transmissions have computers that adjust shifting to your driving habits. He helped figure that it was normal after checking the fluid lever and the fluid itself for burning smell or unusual appearance. I was greeted and the testing was done professionally and courteously. They had me back on the road quickly and ready to travel back home. I highly recommend this shop for their courtesy and customer service. Mike was a little gruff because of a previous stroke, I think, but was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. Thanks to them the stress was gone.”

“When i went to the healthcare clinic today i was seen by Lisa Chapman and with her as my doctor today, i literally got the best and kindest person i could have asked for. She understood my issue immediately and helped me a GREAT DEAL when i told her i do not have insurance as i am not from the US. She did EVERYTHING to make sure it gets as cheap as possible for me and to make everything right. She did definitely not try to "sell" me any extra lab tests, additional medical costs or other. She did an amazing job, was very friendly and laid back. I am so thankful I met her and I would go to her ANY TIME again!! Can only recommend!! Also: appointment scheduling online was easy and quick, had no wait time at all and could pretty much walk right in after i signed in at the computer in at the front desk.”
