“Friendly and professional staff. One of the only pre-schools/daycares near Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky that is open late for those who work second shift. At a fair price as well considering they provide most meals and snacks as part of tuition. They do great job providing events such as magic shows, science projects, living history actors and a "monkey bus" on regular bases. Not only does Robin and staff go out of way to keep the children happy during their stays but they also work with them developing needed skills and knowledge for when they enter grade school.”

“Amazing!! I have now been tattooed by both Tammy and Shan. I gave Tammy 3 pictures of elements I wanted incorporated into my tattoo and she came up with a design that was even better than I imagined myself. That is raw talent! They are simply amazing! Incredibly talented, very clean, extremely detail oriented, super duper sweet and make it super easy to schedule! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Also, I love the new studio! They make you feel so comfortable! (I see a few reviews that state it is difficult to schedule appointments -- it says very clearly on their Facebook page that it could take a few days to respond.)”

“I have worked here before, so perhaps my review is biased. But I like how small the gym is, and I know that it’s clean because, well, I‘d clean it multiple times a day. Lyndsey (the owner) cares a lot about fitness and her business and it shows. The rates are also not bad for a gym that’s open 24/7 with private bathrooms and showers. No stalls to worry about. And there’s never too many people in here to crowd you out. It’s a very welcoming place for people of all shapes and sizes, and the social media pages are kept active and up to date, with prompt responses to questions and calls.”

The site visit to evaluate my needs was very thorough, as was the follow-up to present the quotation. I upgraded my AC to a heat pump to reduce my heating oil costs in the winter as the price of oil rises. I was slotted in for installation very quickly, and the installation itself went fast and smooth. The installation techs (David & Tyler U.) were extremely respectful of our home and communicated with me as the homeowner in a respectful and professional manner. The quality of the installation is outstanding. I could not be more pleased with this experience! Update: I needed help understanding how to configure the new smart thermostat. Schneller Knochelmann sent out Eric M. right away to answer my questions. Not only did he get the thermostat set up the way I wanted it, he also checked my existing air handler and made an adjustment to the blower speed to optimize it for cooling and heating. He also did a follow-up pressure check on the new heat pump and found that it needed a little bit more refrigerant to be perfectly balanced. Another great experience with the pro team at Schneller Knochelmann!”

“We needed a tub faucet cartridge and the repairman left at 12:45 on Saturday. We called and let them know we were on our way. We got there 2-3 min. After close which is 1:00 on Saturday. We have been very busy so we didn’t have time to complete everything ourselves before winter storage. I wanted someone to check the roof and we were having some propane flow issues. “I see all these bad reviews for wait times and being treated as a number and so forth. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I just called and scheduled a well check for my daughter and the whole call took 5 minutes. Robin is always so nice in scheduling! We see Dr. Long and I always appreciate the speediness of appointments, especially if you have a small child who doesn't necessarily want to be there. She's offered referrals for me, with no issues. I've also never had a long wait at the office. I get there 15 minutes early as requested and most of the time I'm out of there a few minutes after my actual scheduled appointment. With no a lot of options of doctors that accept our insurance, I'm so glad this office is available!”
