Our whole experience was wonderful! I was able to get a sales person out the same day I called and he was very professional and did not try to sell me a more expensive unit. They got me scheduled two days out and my service techs Jason B and Tim were absolutely FANTASTIC! They arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable and assisted with the setup of the Nest I got. I am two hours post install and my house is so hot, I had to turn the thermostat back. I haven't been able to do that in a couple years!

We called because we were in a pinch when our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. They were able to send someone out, same day, within about an hour and a half from our initial call. Dan was our technician and he was awesome! Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and professional! He was able to fix the issue in a timely manner which included replacing pipe, cutting out old pipe, etc. Would definitely recommend and we will keep their number handy for the future!

Jay did a great job of fixing my air conditioning! I was surprised that he showed up so early after my call. With the temperatures high, you can imagine how much this was appreciated. He was very professional and service oriented, explaining what the problem was and how he fixed it. He looked at past history of system for indications of potential contributing factors. Amazing. Additionally, he did a thorough check of the system and explained what was covered by warranty along with reviewing billing and future available service checks. While good service is certainly the expectation, I highly recommend Jay for an Employee of the month award if you have such a program. He was a great representative of your organization. Thanks Jay!

I had an old water heater replaced with a tankless. Not only was Chad extremely knowledgeable, but he went absolutely above and beyond with all of the work that was done to my house. He and his team took extra care to set me up for updates in the future and had other issues that I needed to get fixed addressed by his team. I absolutely recommend them.

The site visit to evaluate my needs was very thorough, as was the follow-up to present the quotation. I upgraded my AC to a heat pump to reduce my heating oil costs in the winter as the price of oil rises. I was slotted in for installation very quickly, and the installation itself went fast and smooth. The installation techs (David & Tyler U.) were extremely respectful of our home and communicated with me as the homeowner in a respectful and professional manner. The quality of the installation is outstanding. I could not be more pleased with this experience!

Update: I needed help understanding how to configure the new smart thermostat. Schneller Knochelmann sent out Eric M. right away to answer my questions. Not only did he get the thermostat set up the way I wanted it, he also checked my existing air handler and made an adjustment to the blower speed to optimize it for cooling and heating. He also did a follow-up pressure check on the new heat pump and found that it needed a little bit more refrigerant to be perfectly balanced.
