The quality of the installation is outstanding. I could not be more pleased with this experience! Update: I needed help understanding how to configure the new smart thermostat. Schneller Knochelmann sent out Eric M. right away to answer my questions. Not only did he get the thermostat set up the way I wanted it, he also checked my existing air handler and made an adjustment to the blower speed to optimize it for cooling and heating. He also did a follow-up pressure check on the new heat pump and found that it needed a little bit more refrigerant to be perfectly balanced. “We needed a tub faucet cartridge and the repairman left at 12:45 on Saturday. We called and let them know we were on our way. We got there 2-3 min. After close which is 1:00 on Saturday.
