“I’ve moved all over the country the past 10 years and have had more apartments in the same amount of time. This is, hands down, the best service I’ve ever received. We had an issue with our dishwasher draining. The maintenance team came out, checked for clogs and didn’t find any. Checked other parts of the dishwasher and couldn’t find anything wrong with it, SO THEY GOT US A NEW DISHWASHER. The last apartment I rented flooded because the maintenance team “couldn’t find anything wrong” with the dishwasher in the apartment above me. It’s outside of 275, I know, I know, but you can’t go wrong with this place.”
