Sewell was a good company at whole, dispatch was spiteful and very demanding and rude. Driver Manager and Training Manager was great. All office personal was great also. Recommend this company to anyone starting out

I started my driving career at US Express and soon realized that bigger wasn't better. I came to Sewell as a driver and I now oversee Driver Training and Development. There have been many positive changes made by the management team here over the last couple of years that has created a more positive and supportive culture. I know several of those drivers that have made negative comments on this forum and frankly much of it is sour grapes from unintelligent people who complain about everything that were never team players when they were here and believe their employer should owe them; continually stirring things up. I'm not saying the company is perfect. but they are more than willing to do what they can to listen and improve.
