Unfortunately the bike we hoped would be a good size/fit didn't end up working out. Not bc it had anything wrong, my son just wasn't as experienced as to ride a bigger bike that he wasn't that familiar with. Steve didn't give me any issues with giving me the money back. And his employee brought the bike to us and picked it up when we decided it wasn't gonna work. Nobody's perfect and people make mistakes and stuff comes up that pushes us behind on tasks. And I don't feel it's fair for people to give STEVE'S shop a bad rating bc of his employee's wrong doings. That's where a 3* comes in not 1*.”
