Peloton - Orange Village

We dropped into this store to buy some new shoes on Black Friday. We had a great experience and were so impressed with Lynne’s customer service, enthusiasm, and knowledge.

She was incredibly informative and showed us many of the features and aspects of the bike we weren’t aware of and her tips and recommendations were inspiring— we can’t wait to get back on our bike to start using more of the boot camps and strength training courses we’ve been missing.

We had a fantastic experience visiting the store, Lynne is an excellent brand ambassador!

I couldn’t be happier with the amazing service at the Peloton store in Beachwood. Everyone of the associates is friendly and extremely helpful! If you are thinking of purchasing a bike, make sure it’s a Peloton! It’s not just a bike, it’s a community of people that support one another. Honestly, I have never met a person that owns a Peloton say they like it, they say they love it!!

My husband and I went into the store already knowing we were going to purchase a bike. Madilyn was awesome! She answered all our questions and helped us build the best package for us at the best price. An extremely easy experience. We can’t wait to get our bike on Friday! Also getting the bike within 3 days of purchase is amazing!
