My experience at Eye Candy Optical was AMAZING!!. We actually stopped in to find my daughter a pair of glasses(16yrs) and was very happy with the many selection to choose from. The staff was very patience and helpful "Thank you ". I liked the store and selections so much that I found a pair for myself...LOL. If you are looking for a pair of glasses you MUST a least stop in and see what they have..... See & Be Seen!!!

I was treated with the upmost respect, and my sister as well.
Their courtesy and smile but me at ease. I felt like royalty from the beginning when I walk through the doors, and to the end, when I receive my beautiful eyeglasses.
I wasn't rush nor pressure, they took time and had patience in assisting me. I love my eyeglasses. 😊Everyone there deserve, praise, love and if possible a raise.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had buying prescription glasses and by far the fastest in delivering lenses- in under an hour! The staff are knowledgeable and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured while trying on frames. They sanitized the frames and counters repeatedly. They also worked with my insurance for discounts!! After decades of ordering prescription glasses, I have finally found a place that offers the most incredible customer experience. Thank you to the friendly staff at the beachwood location:)

Awesome service. Amazing glasses to choose from. My new eyeglass place!!!!! If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. Honest people. They give their honest opinions about how the glasses look on you and Don't just try to make money for the sake of making a sell. Hands down Eye Candy Optical provided the best eye glass shopping experience I've EVER had.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted, to the eye exam, to browsing plus selecting frames and making the purchase, everything was first class.

The frames are absolutely gorgeous and unlike anything I has seen in other competing stores. The location is aesthetically pleasing with top notch systems to best serve customers. I can go on and on and on about great my experience was at Eye Candy Optical.
