Giant Eagle Pharmacy

I'm not sure why this pharmacy has so many poor reviews. I just moved here from Columbus and during the chaos of the move, one of my prescriptions ran lower than I'd realized. I'd previously used Kroger Pharmacy in Columbus, but this Giant Eagle location is walking distance from my house and there aren't any Krogers up here so I was crossing my fingers that these reviews were off base. Very relieved to find that they are. The pharmacist I spoke to yesterday was incredibly friendly and helpful. He got my prescriptions transferred and put a rush on the one that I was almost out of. They had my prescription ready by the next morning. Very happy with this pharmacy so far.

I pick up medication for relatives sometimes on my way home from work. Pharmacy is pretty messy. Half of the staff is pretty nice, but there's a couple workers that need complete attitude adjustments! The only real saving grace is Tony W. He was extremely helpful & even offered to contact the insurance company when i was having issues picking up for my grandparents! Service is ridiculously slow at times. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of that guy.

Usually good. Sometimes very slow. Occasionally they will say they didn't get Rx from doctor when they actually just haven't checked their messages.
