(August 24, 2020, 10:23 pm)The only reason I'm rating 4 instead of 5 stars is the prices. They are definitely a much more premium bike shop. Outside of that, the staff was wonderful and I would definitely recommend here if you're looking for some higher end equipment

I went back to Bike Authority, explained what I needed and they made sure I got the right equipment. Thanks for a great experience!
(June 19, 2020, 9:03 am)Great service and information. I recently stopped in looking for a replacement part and while they couldn't get it (no one can) the gentleman did help me find a used one. Bought a few supplies while I was there. Highly recommend for new bike purchases and gear.

(August 11, 2018, 6:22 pm)Sherman & the other guys at Bike Authority saved our butt. My son’s handlebars broke at Triathlon National Championships. They had a set and scrambled to get them on the bike so he could race the second day. Thanks for the awesome service. A great shop!
