The wait time of over 5 hours was ridiculous. However the kindness of all the staff made the irritation go away. I felt bad I was even irritated with just there kindness wishing me to feel better, uh. The staff there tonight was genuinely compassionate and caring. They all are what nurses and doctors are suppose to be there. Thankyou so much for your kindness and taking care of me. Forever grateful

Staff is fantastic and I only have good things to say about them! My only issue is with the app. I followed the link in the text message that had me sign in when I got there, fill out all my paperwork, and then got a message telling me I was checked in. It did not tell me I needed to go inside and check in there as well. If you want me to check in outside when I get there AND you send a message saying I am checked in, the inside staff should know that I am there and waiting outside. Unfortunately, I had to wait much longer because when I eventually did go inside to see what was taking so long, I discovered they counted me as a no-show, even though everything was filled out when I got there at the correct time for my appointment.

I appreciate the doctor working with me today. Took the time to see to it I was able to get medication I could actually handle taking. He explained everything as he did his exam. All of the nurses were understanding and accommodating. Receptionist was prompt and welcoming. My overall visit went smoothly from start to finish. I felt listened to and cared for.

Love Indigo new online patient processing program, the wait was at least 3 and half hour wait! Instead of the usual having to go into Indigo's location to wait it out, I was able to do it from the comfort of my house along with the ability to do all of the paperwork needed for entry, treatment, etc. that Indigo required me to fill out for my visit!! I would highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care to anyone that needs to go or like me would rather avoid the Auburn hospital like the plague!! The visit itself took know time at all thanks to Indigo's new patient processing online program!! Thanks again for quickly not wasting my time while I was there and if I need to ever go back Indigo will be my first and only option!!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I went early in the morning and there was minimal wait time. They offered me water/coffee/juice and snack options. It was very thoughtful! The provider on staff was very knowledgeable and empathetic. She explained the issue in actual medical terms rather than “dumbing” it down which I really appreciated. Will definitely come back if needed. Thank you!

More is a great guy and very knowledgeable. He helps with any question that I had or have. He knows his product very well, so if you have a specific preference he will help you achieve that preference. He also used to smoke and with the help of the products he has successfully quit smoking, and is willing to help others in need. Any one who wants to drop this habit has to be willing to stop, but it is possible.

What a nice man working in there!! I came home and my water pipe broke and I called and told him what had happened, and he told me to come back in and he would replace it! Free of charge!! What a nice person and such a clean place!!!

They always help me find what I need and are so nice! 5 stars!

Always quick service, very friendly and helpful staff, and massive selection of juice. I never leave here empty-handed. Highly recommend!
