Joann and Keith were so supportive during our appointment to purchase two companion granite memorials. Keith was extremely patient during the designing process, tweaking the design multiple times to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. Joann went “above and beyond” to acquire two pieces of granite that matched as closely as possible since they’re to be installed side by side. She also found a way to have the memorials completed and delivered within a specific period of time.
