My on-line order got lost. The manager immediately upgraded to larger size he had in stock due to the inconvenience. It was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

David and the team at the Prattville OK store have been super helpful!!!!..they always have a great attitude, answer my questions, usually more than once and continue to impress with their knowledge and helpfulness!!! It's worth a drive across town if you are struggling getting your pool ready this summer...I have no doubt they will be ready to help!!!
