“Wonderful Experience Overall I ordered the Chicken bacon ranch pizza for $15 which was delicious. It’s a reasonable price for airport food, and it was a personal size pizza that filled me up. I also ordered the bourbon smash seltzer which was AMAZING! The staff recommended it and it did not disappoint. Both of the gentlemen working the front, Richard and Gary, were a pleasure to meet. They were both charismatic and friendly, and helped to pass the time. If I ever find myself in Cleveland again, I will absolutely stop by again. Thank you for making this layover enjoyable :)”

“I was contacted by this law firm to settle a debt with EMS for an ambulance ride I took over 3 years ago. Come to find my claim was never submitted to insurance. After calling my insurance company then EMS and getting no response. I called the firm back and spoke to Andrea, who was super sweet and professional and informative, and told her what was happening. She took down my insurance information and said she would take care of contacting EMS to get my claim submitted and that as long as I don’t hear from them again it’s all taken care of! “Sabre at EuroCafe was awesome. She gave a waiting line of airline passengers THEE best customer service I have ever seen in an airport establishment. She greeted every customer with a smile. She asked for their preferences in lightness or darkness of their toasted bagels! She seemed delighted to make each customer's coffee "exactly" how we like it". She thanked the customers who were waiting in line for their patience. NONE of us were bothered by the wait. Because when it was our turn, she gave us the exact same experience and level of professionalism and pleasant energy and that smile. EuroCafe needs to promote Sabre or give her a hefty raise or some big company needs to snatch her up and pay her lots of money! She was awesome!”

“This was a weird instance to give a five star rating because the computer"server" was down and it was taking very long time to finalize the "paperwork" and receive our car. The staff worked really hard to get things done and tried to keep the clients, if not happy, at least calm. The woman that took care of our car reservation (I have memory issues, so her name escapes me) even managed to help us upgrade our car to the coolest one at the wedding! Yep, the Budget staff at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport earned our gratitude that day!”
