If you have kids, ESPECIALLY NEWBORNS AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY, I swear we have the people upstairs having parts or something with knocking at the door at the a.m.! Parties don't stop until 4:00 a.m.. Good luck to the next tendons. It's great, not sleeping... I'm writing this currently at 1 am because my baby can't sleep, and don't want to wake my husband up.
Other than that if you have any AC problems or any problems with the apartment they will be fixed almost instantly. The property is managed well, and people for the most part are nice.That's positive.
I feel like we got really unlucky in our apartment being on the first floor. Thank you for the experience of apartment living. Lived here for 15 mo

Very clean and taken care of! The location is perfect and quiet. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is responsive and quick. Would recommend for families looking for a quiet place to live.

I moved here in 2019 and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Very quiet and well taken care of. Staff are great and maintenance is quick. Easy commute to Austin and just across the way from grocery stores and food. Worth every penny.

I moved in a little less than a month ago and everything has been amazing! The application and leasing process was quick and easy. This is also the best property I’ve stayed in amenity wise. A car wash, two dog parks, a nice pool, a nice gym AND the above and beyond service? Personally haven’t used it yet but for someone to come let my dog out for me if I need them to? Amazing. Only minor issue I’ve had is the new key fob and automatic gate card, but that’s currently being fixed. Outstanding property!

Rent is competitive for the area. The management is helpful, accommodating, & kind. The large one bedroom is spacious, the grounds are kept well. Love the swimming pool area & workout area. Use them often. Neighborhood environment, really enjoy living here.
