“I’ve been working here for more than a year, and I love it! I started here solely interested in gaining hours and patience experience… never thought I’d fall in love with working here. From the patients I meet/take care of, my coworkers, management, the many many opportunities, and even Star I don’t see myself working anywhere else. To be honest, I’ll probably never have to no matter my certification level. Granted, the company isn’t perfect, but the company takes initiative to listen to their employees, patients, and customers for ways to make sure everyone has a pleasant experience, if not now then in the future. Communication has improved between management, dispatch, and the road crew. If you’re a patient, the staff is very understanding and easy to talk to. There’s tons of bonuses given to the employees, and flexible scheduling… like REAL flexible scheduling. They’ll even pick the employee up from home if there are any car problems or severe weather conditions; I know from experience. There’s different bases and a satellite to give employees options to work closer to home. The company will even pay you while you’re going to school, and/or to go back to school. I’ve tried working other places, but there really is no place like home.”

“I recently had my Toyota Prius towed into Dave’s precision Automotive because my battery, a 12 V, was totally dead. As I found out there were other things that my car needed to have repaired that I did not initially know about. Dave proved himself to be honest and ethical which is very important to an elder woman like myself. My car has never run this well. I am more than pleased with the service that I got. I will definitely be going back to get more service work done since my car is at the 100,000 mark. His shop is pristine the waiting room is very very nice and I was treated with respect and kindness to say nothing of the wonderful work he did on my car.”
