Clean, check in was quick and easy, comfortable room and Don at the front desk was great. I tried the Trilogy because a teammate loves the Trilogy brand of Hilton because there’s no carpet on the floors. I liked it. This was a great first experience at Hotel Trilogy Albany.

From hospitality to grounds keeper every single person we met working at this hotel was pleasant, helpful and gracious. We were treated with great respect and felt welcomed.

The hotel was exceptional in every aspect. We did find the beds a little firm but that was easy to overcome considering every other appointment was lovely. We spent three nights and ate breakfast three mornings and dinner in the hotel two nights. The lounge and restaurant offerings were not typical hotel fare. The mixologist easily made custom drinks and the food was served elegantly.

After our vacation was over and we met our aging sister and her aging dog - they also spent one evening. The dog was having trouble walking on bare floors and the assistant manager found a runner to put in the guest room to accommodate the dog. WHAT? The staff at this hotel clearly wants to succeed.

Very nice stay at the Hotel Trilogy Albany Airport. Nice location close to the airport and close to restaurants and shops along Wolf Road. Amber at the front dest and Joanne in the restaurant were terrific--friendly, helpful and profession. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Only criticism: the fitness center equipment is old and should be replaced to meet the standards of other Hilton-affiliated properties.
