“I had an officer hang up on me over the phone and treat me poorly. It upset me. I messaged the department on Facebook and I'm impressed and appreciate that they took the time to watch this officers body camera to check my claims and took my message seriously. The city I grew up in would not have handled it that well. I greatly appreciate their response. This department actually has PR and checks on claims of misconduct which is shocking. But they only allow you to file reports in person. They need to allow you to file reports online like other departments do. They claimed most departments don't offer this but they are incorrect on this. I know because I worked in insurance and dealt with PDs daily where my customers filed reports online. It is very very common with police departments and Garfield should catch up with the rest. But thank you for actually responding and following up.”

“Chicken is good! Good flavor, juicy and the portions are great for the price. One draw back is they are in the corner of the gas station. There's no room in there and they are busy for this good chicken. So it is cramped. Wings and fish are made to order at certain times of the day because they sell it out, so be prepared to wait. It is worth the wait though! Good cajun crispy chicken!!”

“Was kept on hold too long when trying to call for info and no response to email. I came to find out that website was all you need. Just search your case and you can see the status including recent updates. Come day of court, plenty of parking. Secured building. Good sized waiting area and monitors with your name will tell you which courtroom and the time. Casual courtroom which puts you at ease. Had Judge NiCastro who appeared to be very nice and fair. Had a fair resolution to my case without having to go to trial. My impression of the process, though, is that between your word and the officer's, the officer's word wins out even though the burden of proof is supposedly on them. The rest of the building is not easy to navigate but to their credit, there are people who usher you from one place to the next. Everyone seemed pleasant. A much better experience than Parma's municipal court IMHO.”
