Update 10/9: The owner of the company reached out to me to cover the cost of my damaged items. I received a check for the replacement value for those items. He was very friendly and was trying to figure out what happened. They are working with a chemist to make sure it doesnt happen to other people.

Original review: I wish I had a better experience. Last Thursday, 9/15, I had a deodorization and sanitization process completed at my home. I was promised that it would not hurt any of the items left in my house (after plants and food were removed). I asked multiple times if there was anything I needed to move, put away, or be aware of. Mark reassured me multiple times that it would not hurt the items left out. However, I had several fabric items that have been bleached by the process.

I am so thankful for SERVPRO! We had a flood in an area of our home. They came out very quick and took care of the water for us. They inspected our home to find water damage and set up their equipment. They also found some mold and removed that in a very safe way. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need. They were also very friendly and explained everything great!
