While there were issues with my order and installation, their customer service was OUTSTANDING. Resolved all issues quickly and responsibly. Stephanie was very caring and concerned. Made me feel as if I was her only customer.

GREAT CABINETS CAME ON TIME AND FAST GOOD PRICE
only problem was after we received the cabinets we had questions and it took her a while to get back then stopped replying at all to the email but i hope it was just b/c they were busy b4 we bought the cabinets any time we called or email we heard back instantly but i still willing to buy again from them saved thousands going with them we didnt get the color we wanted but the savings was well worth it
JUST DONT GO TO CLEVELAND CABINETS IN FAIRVEIW OHIO THE WORST PLACE AND WAY WAY OVER PRICED

This is our 2nd time using CGD. Have had a great experience both times. Our sales rep Bianca was great and explained everything thoroughly so we knew what to expect. The process from paying to install was flawless even when we had to push back our measure/install a couple of weeks due to delays on our end. Highly recommend!

Second time buying from them. Installed yesterday and looks great. Prices are excellent, and turnaround time was only 3 weeks.
