The lady who answered the phone lacked empathy and had no customer service whatsoever. 6 hours ago she told me, Our staff is very busy they will call you back when they can (unprofessional response). I still haven't recieved a call back regarding my mom. I called another hospice company who responded promptly (within an hour) and with compassion who we will move forward with.”
