The entire process was smooth, from making the reservation to dropping off the car. I’ve had to rent a vehicle every weekend for the past month while my car is in the shop and have received nothing but excellent customer service from Charles - This man will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and always has a smile on his face. I don’t normally need a car often, but when I do, I’ll be sure to go to this Enterprise branch.

Everything went well and smoothly from my online reservation to picking up and dropping off the vehicle I selected. Customer service was excellence. Agent Douglas E, Portillo made sure I was happy with my rental and offered other options for vehicles in case I was interested. I was very happy with his assistance during the rental process. I will keep going back to this Enterprise branch for my future car rentals.

Very pleasant and wonderful experience, renting the car was a breeze, special kudos to Mr Charles, this person is beyond amazing 😊 I was renting the car to use it for a driving test at DMV, Charles made sure that I have everything I need, explained the car controls, wished me luck, what I felt really amazing was he remembered the day I was returning the car and welcomed me with a Congrats placard. This is indeed a personal touch to customer service and experience..

However the rental price itself is slightly on higher side compared to other competitive offerings.

I rent from Enterprise at least once per month since September 2022. Not only is it affordable, but I have received the highest level of customer service in the industry. Their process is very streamlined and easy to use. I would highly recommend them over other businesses in the industry. I plan on purchasing a vehicle from them soon as well.

Great customer service from Jason, Angel and another lady who’s name I can’t remember. Jason and his coworkers were really helpful in getting the vehicle I needed two days before my requested date and also made it easy to extend my rental agreement with ease. The service I received from the Sunnyvale store and it’s employees was excellent and will definitely return.

Lessons benefitting harmonious living are always worth hearing! The congregation is welcoming enough to let me be myself and explain my path. Our conversations benefit each other through the meanings to which we arrive. A+
