“We have been using this service for years and they are great. Always knock on the door to let me know they are heading into the yard before they start. If weather delays any portion of the work they tell me either in person or via a card, and come back as they promise when the weather clears. I NEVER have to call to remind them. They do not let me miss a fire ant treatment just because of weather. My current technician, they do not change often, is always polite and on time!”
