(January 3, 2020, 10:23 am)Like one of the other reviewers, I got there a little early and was done by my appointment time. Making the appointment on-line and having the confirmation code when you arrive saves time. The longest wait was for the elevator, which you can avoid by parking in the rear and enter on the terrace level entrance. The phlebotomist was friendly, courteous, painless and FAST. Will definitely go here from now on.
