“Dr. Strauss was amazing! He is accepting new patients and masks are required no matter what. They have them at the front desk if you need one. His staff, oh my goodness, so helpful, kind, and understanding. They have empathy and truly care. I sat with Dr. Strauss in his office like we were old friends as he asked questions about the reason for the visit. He listens and is so caring!!! Truly listens!! I walked away feeling seen and heard as a patient. He will not just throw out a diagnosis to placate the patient. He does research and follows up with you. He doesn't just throw meds at you but is thoughtful in this process and also looks at the potential cost of a med he may be ordering. He wrote everything down on a sheet of paper for me and also, so I could bring it home for the family. He explained every single detail of what he wrote down. As I was going to make a follow-up appointment, the front end staff asked for that sheet and went over it again just to ensure I understood all of the written orders. He sees patients of all ages and if you have a little one, there is a little play area for them to keep them entertained. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff and Dr. Strauss. If I could rate a 10, I would! THANK DR. STRAUSS AND YOUR ENTIRE TEAM! 💕”

“I love Vetco. They are always efficient with test results, friendly, knowledgeable, and they don’t push procedures that may not be necessary on you like other vets. Also very reasonably priced. I have gone to more expensive vets and gotten much worse care. My only complaint would be that it is difficult to get an appointment at the Fairview Park location, but I think that’s just because they’re popular (on account of being a good vet clinic).”

“Fun playground for all age kids. Basketball courts were good. 1 full court and 1 half. Tennis courts as well. Bathrooms were closed but they do have them🤷. Definitely seems good for a dog walk.”

“I am so happy I decided to make 200 West Apartments my home. I've lived here for just over two years and have nothing but great things to say about the building, the staff, and the management. The entire staff is always friendly, respectful, and helpful. Maintenance requests are almost always completed the same day and the common areas of the building are always clean. The other tenants are always polite and respectful and my neighbors are all very quiet. The building's back deck sits at the edge of the valley and offers a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy the outdoors. The location is perfect! With easy access to all the major freeways, I can easily get anywhere I want to go! I am obviously very happy here!!”

As always, my appointment with Dr. Sipple was great!! The exam was very thorough, she went over all of my results with me, and she addressed the couple of concerns I had.
