“Mr. Carmin, thank you for a wonderful and stress free (no high-pressure sales tactic) experience. After receiving your quote, I researched three additional companies. Company #1 charged $1K a room - site unseen if I purchased my own product. Company #2 (Thumbtack vendor) charged 2x Carmen's price using Mr. Carmen's product that I had selected previously, and Company #3 (50 Floors) charged 3.5x (after a 60% discount) Mr. Carmen's price. The price was based on a lower quality product. My experience with Thumbtack, Home Depot, and 50Floor representatives was disappointing. Do you own research, visit Mr. Carmin's Floors Blinds in Garfield Hgts; and share your experience after you do your research. Here are a few items to consider: 1. Know your style, not the vendor's style. 2. Consider foot traffic 3. Remember, cheap floors will not last long (durability). 4. Ask yourself if the floors will increase a home’s value. 5. If installing floors in a Kitchen, bath, or mud room, make sure the floors are waterproof. 6. Sample the product to see if it is easy to clean. 7. “I love this small, local bakery! The shop is super cute from the moment you step inside with brightly painted walls and photos of the various offerings they serve. The owner and staff are super friendly adding to the positive experience. But, of course, the best thing is the baked goods! They don't seem to have a set assortment, but instead they rotate their baked goods which means there's frequently something new and delicious to try! The bubble tea makes it an extra sweet place to stop! I would highly recommend visiting this great local spot. It's totally a new favorite of mine ^_^ P.S.- they have a great Instagram where they post their latest specials and daily menus”
