“Its out finally! After 3 separate companies bailed and 1 failed, hiltop garage came through with the right set up and got me out in 10 minutes. I had my 97 work bed gmc 2500 stuck in the snow on the side of a raised driveway. One company came with a 1500 and a chain and just got me more stuck. One company showed up and said "we have to go get the bigger truck" and never came back. Two other companies never showed up. I had called hilltop and got on their list. When they called back i was waiting on "the bigger truck" from the other company that never showed. I had told them someone was on their way but asked to stay on the list just in case. 2 hours later the big truck never showed and hilltop called me back to check on me. I was blown away at the level of customer service and they were here in 10 minutes and had me out in another 10! The driver joe is the man at his job and knew exactly what to do to get me out quickly and efficiently. Hilltop is making a lot of money on him and i think he deserves a raise! Thanks again joe!”

“The service was incredible. I had a flat tire and contacted North Coast. Told them I was putting on my spare and would bring it down. I was close enough they came and got my tire and fixed it. Then without asking put the tire back on the truck and took it off the jack. I was blown away!! Such great service by local company!! I will use them everytime. Can't reccomend any stronger!!!”

“Definitely would recommend. They were able to diagnose my problems in about 20 minutes and fixed it the next day. A quick repair was important to me! Labor costs seemed a little steep (Four star justification.) but overall very satisfied with my experience here and would go back. Faith's customer service skills are excellent, she was very pleasant to speak with regarding my car. I also watched an employee thoroughly clean the lobby two days in a row. Very pleased they do this, especially during the pandemic.”
